What You’ll Need

Bring your choice of craft paint, brushes or painting sponges, fine-grit sandpaper, glue suitable for MDF, and a protective work surface. A sealer is optional. Ribbon or cord for hanging is not included.

Materials & Finish

Made from premium 1/8″ MDF for a smooth painting surface and crisp layered details. Laser-cut edges may show natural darkening from the cutting process. Handle smaller pieces gently and keep unfinished MDF dry.

How to Create

1. Unpack your pieces and dry-fit each ornament before painting.
2. Lightly sand any areas that need smoothing, then remove dust.
3. Paint the pieces separately in your chosen finish, keeping engraved guides visible where needed.
4. Allow the paint to dry fully, then glue the layers in place using the placement guides.
5. Let the glue cure according to its instructions. Apply a suitable sealer if desired.
6. Thread your own ribbon or cord through the hanging opening and display your finished ornaments.
