Shipping Information
We strive to provide you with the best service possible. Please allow 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your items to be shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for your convenience.
Delivery Time
For delivery within the USA, expect your package to arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment.
Please note: if payment is made via e-check through PayPal, your order will be shipped only after the payment has cleared.
Tracking Your Order
If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 business days, please check your junk/spam folder. If it’s still missing, email us and we will assist you promptly.
After Shipment
Once your tracking number is provided, any shipment issues must be handled through USPS, as they have taken possession of your order.

If your shipment is marked as “DELIVERED” but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office directly. Delivery issues including damage, theft, or misdelivery are managed solely by USPS.
